After losing his wife seven years earlier, the eccentric Dr. John Dolittle (Robert Downey, Jr.), a well-known doctor and veterinarian for Queen Victoria in England, on the high walls of the Dollettle estate, with only his exotic animals for the company. But when the young queen (Jesse Buckley, “The Wild Rose”) falls ill, the unwilling Dolittle is forced to embark on an epic adventure to a mythical island in search of healing, to restore the spirit and courage while he met old opponents and discovered beautiful creatures.

The doctor joins his search for a young self-proclaimed student (Dunkirk Harry Collett) and a voluptuous cattery of animal lovers, including a worried gorilla (Oscar winner Rami Malek), a captive but bird-duck (Oscar Octavia Spencer) Kumail Nanjiani );
